DotNetNuke Corp. was pleased to hold the first annual OpenForce Community Choice Awards! The Community Choice Awards recognize the top DotNetNuke-based web sites as voted by the DotNetNuke community.
Participating registered voters were entered in a drawing for one of twenty DotNetNuke logo laptop computer bags (one entry per email address) and one of twenty DotNetNuke logo t-shirts.
The awards are organized in two divisions, OpenForce Europe and OpenForce Connections, which correspond to the two OpenForce '09 conferences. Four awards were given in each division:
- Best Overall Site
- Most Creative/Original Site
- Best eCommerce Site
- Best Informational Site
The winners received an award plaque, recognition on the DotNetNuke web site and recognition at the applicable OpenForce conference.
